An internationally trained attorney and privacy expert, Eduard has more than a decade of experience in privacy law, fraud and identity management. He is a member of the state bar of Arizona and served as the 2008-09 section chairman of the bar’s Internet, E-Commerce & Technology Law Section. Eduard is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) covering designations for both the U.S. and Canada.

Peter Moraga, Director of Client Relationship Management
Peter has more than 20 years of client development and relationship leadership experience in the financial services, consulting, healthcare and software as a service (SaaS) industries. His experience includes creating, leading and developing high performing relationship and client development teams, delivering client growth and retention strategies, building disciplined client-oriented goals and relationship strategies. Past experience includes roles at American Express, Wells Fargo Bank, Dignity Healthcare and Concur. Peter currently serves on the NAMIC Claims Conference Committee.

Paul O’Neil, Sr. Information Security Advisor
Paul has nearly two decades of technology experience working with infrastructures, programming, forensics and information security, specifically securing banking and healthcare information systems. He has conducted research for GE on cyber security topics, including smart grid and SCADA systems. Paul holds M.S. degrees in Psychology and Information Assurance, and also has many certifications including Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), CCNA, CISSP and GCFA.

Lisa has vast experience assisting organizations in information governance and compliance, privacy, security and e-discovery. She speaks on these topics at corporate, legal, governmental and university events in the United States and Canada. Lisa is an adjunct professor at the School of Informatics at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She is a former practicing attorney and former assistant attorney general. Her educational achievements include a Juris Doctorate with distinction from Mississippi College School of Law and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential.
